Pawel Modrzejewski

Managing Partner

Participated in numerous capital transactions, in particular on the private market, offering sell-side and buy-side advisory services.

Paweł gained his international experience in the investment banking (M&A and Corporate Finance) sector as well as in hedge funds in the field of credit markets and arbitrage strategies. As an investment analyst at Global Asset Management (GAM) in London, he was responsible for a portfolio of investments in debt securities, bank loans and assets at risk. Prior to that, he spent two years as a credit analyst at Citigroup in London dealing with the analysis of credit risk for a portfolio of hedge funds with different investment strategies. As an analyst and consultant, Paweł worked for Vodafone Group in Düsseldorf (Germany), CA IB Corporate Finance Ltd. (London), Société Générale Investment Bank (Paris) and Citigroup (New York). While working there, he focused on strategic business analysis, company valuation and risk management.

Paweł holds a Master’s degree in International Management from ESCP-EAP European School of Management (Paris, Oxford, Berlin). He is fluent in English, French and Polish and has conversational skills in German.

Jan Modrzejewski, CAIA

Managing Partner

Worked in consulting and investment boutiques, where he supervised and led numerous transactions in the energy, financial and real estate market.

Jan has extensive asset management know-how with particular expertise in alternative investment strategies. As a Vice President at UniCredit Group in London, he managed proprietary capital in Hedge Fund investments and formed a new proprietary trading unit focusing on equity and derivatives systematic trading. In his role as a Director and Head of Trading at a Swiss investment company, he oversaw a global portfolio of fixed income, equity and private equity investments. He served as a supervisory board member of a private equity vehicle BBI Capital NFI S.A. in Poland. Jan also held several positions at Vodafone Group in Düsseldorf, CA-IB International Markets in London and Citigroup in New York where he was responsible for various aspects of financial analysis, risk management and corporate governance.

Jan holds a Master’s International Management diploma from ESCP-EAP European School of Management (Paris, Oxford, Berlin). He also is a holder of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. Jan is fluent in English, German and Polish and has conversational skills in French.
